February 2011 - Where can avid Hood River, Oregon kiteboarders go for pristine, warm kiteboarding in mid-winter? Olga Jessup and Jesse Wolf joined us in the Exumas, Bahamas.
We found deserted islands with white sand beaches and warm azure green/blue water. Sand bottom flats that went on forever. The Exumas are an undiscovered kiteboarding mecca. We also found time to sail to distant islands, snorkel, hunt lobsters (delicious!), explore and just relax in the temperate climate.
Shortly after booking their vacation, this handsome couple decided to get engaged. We certainly enjoyed having them on our boat and wish them long, happy success in all they undertake.
