ADVENTURES EXPLORING the WINDWARD ISLANDS
in the CARIBBEAN

Tom, Zim and Noah (their two-year-old son) joined us for a tour of the Windward Islands of the Caribbean.

April 2006 - We enjoy having children aboard "Worldwide Traveler".  Tom, Zim and Noah excaped from wintery Rhode Island to the balmy Caribbean.  Tom brought a net which we strung completely around the boat, creating a secure "playpen" for Noah.

We spent two weeks exploring the islands form St. Vincent south to the Grenadines and back.  Highlights included visiting the set for the "Pirates of the Caribbean" and certifying Zim as a PADI Open Water Scuba Diver.  She had previously completed her course and pool work with an instructor back home.  So when we got to Mustique, I was able to conduct her four "Open Water" dives and certify her as an Open Water Diver.

We'll already miss Noah's cheerful mantria chant of "OK, Joe", and look forward to having them back for a future cruise.
Note:  They graciously left us the net so we could use it for other children on their vacations.  Thanks, Tom and Zim!
