I talked for years about retiring from my high tech career, buying a yacht and inviting friends for Adventure Cruising. Four years ago I took action, and am now living my dream with my wonderful life partner, Wendy.I learned to sail at age six, and have over seven years of full-time cruising experience. I have a talent for creating successful cruising experiences, and want to share this with an extended community of friends. My goal is to offset ongoing cruising expenses by inviting friends to join us, sharing costs.

Admiral Wendy King (Fredell)
I grew up in the southern U.S., then lived in Sweden and England for 10 years before moving to Connecticut. Fluent in Swedish, I married a Swedish international businessman while studying film making at the University of Stockholm. I raised three gifted and handsome sons, two born in Europe and one in the United States, and now have three wonderful granddaughters.
I'm a writer, trained graphic artist and floral designer. My essay A Budding Genius was first published in Oprah Magazine and subsequently chosen for Oraph's 2005 book, Live Your Best Life.
My goal is to be a great sailer, write about my life on the sea, and have positive experiences with people I meet all over the world. I've recently created Wendy's Blog, to showcase my photos and short essays.
